Dawn moved to Denver in 2004, and grew up in Billings, Montana. She is an experienced human resources professional for the past 17 years for both national and international organizations. She has held executive-level HR positions in many diverse industries, ranging from construction to financial institutions. Dawn's expertise is rooted in her education, including a master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resources Administration from the University of Denver. Additionally, she possesses several certifications, such as PHR, SHRM-CP, HR Analytics and Diversity & Inclusion in HR Management. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice.

Outside of her dedication to solving the world's people operations needs, Dawn enjoys hanging out with her significant other, immersing herself in fly fishing whenever possible, and being a mom to her four dogs and two cats.
